Hi..
I have call manager 6, voice gateway, I want to modify the autoattendance
I want to modify the the configuration of call redirection:-
now if somone call from outside the company, and pressed 3 he will be redirected to extension 5004, I want to make it 5005 instead.
I also want to modify the greeting audio fie, what is the best way to do that.

What are you using for AA? Unity, unity connection, unity express, IPCC, TCL script?
