I have two users who had their mailbox database (storage group) moved on Exchange. Now they are getting all their messages in UMR mode. Dohprop says the Mailbox is unavailable, but I don't see a decent log anywhere else expressing this.
How can I modify an existing user to get attached to their new mailbox storage group (database).
Unity 5.0(1)

Kris,
You should only need to re-run Permissions Wizard making sure you select the new mail stores, which will grant access to our MsgStoreSvc account.

That fixed it. Thanks!
Note: I had run Permissions wizard previously with these new storage groups in place.
This time I added the account that ran Permissions Wizard (UnityAdmin) back to "Enterprise Admins" in AD (it had been removed).
Is the Enterprise Admin right the needed (i.e. Domain Admin is not enough)?
Running Permissions Wizard in "check" mode showed the bad permissions. Running in "set" mode and the UMR messages were promptly delivered.
