my company began the transition from alcatel device to cisco CME. The actual needs for our customers is to provide emergency service call on the night and on the holiday. What i need is to redirect the call that come from specific telephone numbers to the cellular phone that change week by week
of our technicians. To do this i must pass external information to the call manager to the cue script that manage this. I don't want to change every week the cell phones stored in the script but è want to obtain it from a external resource, a database or a hett web page. This list of technician that provide this service is dinamic, aand change based on the necessity and the disposability of the tecnician. There a way to interface the call manager to external source ?
