You should be able to restore from backup. If you do not have a DIRT backup of the primary, you might have to call TAC on this. The Failover Wizard has all the settings in place such as server name, directories, IP addresses, etc of your primary. If your primary comes back and it does not match what it has in it's database, it will never be a primary server.
Your best bet is DIRT restore for the primary. But check out this link for more information:
