Hi All,
By default, if user A (IP phone) calls user B (IP Phone), if user B does not answer the call and user A does not change back to on hook, the phone of user B just keep ringing. How to set the timer to cut the call? in CME, just the "timeout" command is needed but I can not find a parameter in CM.
Thanks!
Best Regards,
Teru Lei

The Ring No Answer Duration service parameter should take care of it, this global parameter can be overriten at the line level with the same field.

And to add to the suggestion made by Chris, with CM 4.x onwards, you can configure it on individual phones as well and specify how long you want the phone to ring. Each ring is around 4 secs, so if u want the phone to ring for 4 rings, then this timer should be sent to 16
