Hello guys,
please guide me how can i upgrade our call manager from 6.1 to version 8. what are the things to consider? here are the specification of our device:
Platform: 782512
Serial: KQFPL34
Processor Speed: 2800
CPU Type: Intel R Pentium R D CPU 2.80GHz
memory: 2048MB
OS Version: operatingsystem.UCOS3.0.0.0-78
Partition Version
Active Version 6.1.4.1190 - 3
Installed Software Options
cm-locale-ar_SA-6.1.1.1000-1.cop

Review the HW and SW compatibility guides.
Review the upgrade guide and RNs for target version.
All the documentation is available at Cisco.com, the CSC FAQ has a section on upgrades you should have read.
Also, there are hundreds od threads with all such info on CSC, you can also search to get the documentation here.
