I am facing an issue with the report generated for the Hunt piolet number.
I have a hunt piolet number 5000 which routes to line group menbers 5001,5002,5003,5004,5005. It is in top down mode and rna is 10 sec. if no members are attending the call, the call will be forwarded to a PSTN local mobile number. This senario is working perfectly fine.
When i pull the report from the regarding the hunt pilot utilization and details, i am not getting the exact number of dropped calls and the "forward no answer coloum" is alwayz "N".
When i check in the real time environment, i can see the calls reaching the local mobile after being forwarded. if those calls are not geting answered in mobile, it should be a failed/dropped call. This count i am not able to get in the report, because of that i am not able to judge the total dropped call in a day via the hunt pilot number.
Please help me and guide to fetch a solution or workaround for this.
