I can not enable video in CUPS/CUPC

Good afternoon people,

I have a problem in my Laboratory Presence Server.

I installed and configured the CUCM 8.5 and CUPS 8.5 and CUPC 8.5

I configured SIP trunk, did the integration, as procedures on the Cisco website.

When I run CUPC, I can control a device, make and receive calls, but can not enable the video.

In checking the server status within the CUPC, the following message appears: "CDP can not detect phone. There is no phone attached."

And when I check the Cluster Topologu in CUPS, the errors that are displayed in the attached picture.

Does anyone have any idea what can be?
