ICS 7750 CM 3.3 , Unity VM, AA/IVR

Hello,

We need to perform an optimization into our ICS 7750 CCM 3.3 and Unity VM. We want to update it with the latest patches ,VM account creation, clean-up of unnecessary VM boxes, also clean-up CCM user accounts, and setup AA function for AA/IVR functionality.

The question is if somebody has done this kind or work recently and what is the best way to approach it?

I have one customer with a similar setup, and be aware that the ICS 7750 is going to be at "end of support" soon. I would expend my energy on a migration plan to supported hardware, followed by upgrades to newer releases of the applications. Cleaning up unused accounts is always a good idea, but there's no magic to it, other than Bulk Delete and BAT. Cisco quit maintaining TOS for ICS7750 at release 2.6, which is pretty old. You would have to apply hotfixes manually and hope they don't cause a problem. You can use the "Microsoft update" bundles for Unity on CCO, but you still have to run the hotfixes individually.
