Hi guys. I have 1 publisher and 1 subscriber of IM&P . Pub failed over and Subscriber was active with all 300 users . We did some changes on compliance settings and as recommended in cisco guide restarted XCP router on subscriber only. Docs mention nothing about PUB or SUBs regarding this process of restart xcp router when adding 3rd party compliance . Now users cant use jabber getting error message can't be delivered. Before this change jabber was working but we had problem with archiving messages, archiving didn't work.
When I turned off compliance on IM&P , then restart xcp router then jabber can send messages, but when turn on compliance back it stops to send messages.
Logically looks like something btw compliance and IM&P... But I just want to exclude that when I restarted xcp router ONLY on SUB it may caused some tables inconsistency with PUB . .
Can anyone please clear up my doubts ?
