IM and Presence installation error

Hi ,

    We have recentaly implemented BE 6000 with IM and Presence server . later realised IM and P deployed with a wrong OVA file , decided to reinstall IM and P .  Now after deleting the old host  we tried to install IM and P with the correct OVA  it returns an error ( screen shot is attached ) . Tried 2 times and the same error is showing again  . can anyone help me in this regard

if it helps , we had changed CUCM security password before reinstalling IM and P .

You need to review the install logs to find out what's happening.

Thank you for replying .   install log file is attached . could anybody tell me the reason presence is failed to install ?

Did you ever get to the bottom of this error? I have the same problem

We just removed presence server from cucm and recreate it .After that presence installed without issue
