So we have IM and Presence 9.1.1 installed. We have it connected to our Communications Manager 9.1. According to the Troubleshooter page everything is running and looks fine. I can see all my users in IM and Presence. I can go into CM and add a user to IM and Presence. I can go back into IM and Presence and see that the user has a license and should be good. However, when trying to log into the the CUPS user options page or the Personal Communicator software, I cant. What should the password be? My AD password or my voicemail pin? Our CM syncs with AD. What is the password for the users?

Do your users are CCMuser enabled??
Have you created the IM&P service and enabled the users for IM&P??
You use your LDAP credentials.

What do you mean by "create the IM&P service"? Can you send me a link of what you are referring to? I've done a lot of configuration to this and followed the Cisco document. I have enabled the users for IM&P and they are part of the Standard CCM User role/group.
