While trying to add any new user via the "Import Existing Exchange User" option it takes upwards of 5 minutes just to get to the search screen and then it takes upwards of 2 minutes to find the users in the specified domain. Has anyone else run into this and is there a workaround or fix for this?
Verify your AD is working correctly. DNS is usually the root of the cause because it is having trouble resovling server names. Check utilization off your Exchange server where the import is pulling from. Is the server over a WAN link?
