I have imported a number of users for use in my system from Exchange, however, I had a previous version of Unity that I had problems with and I have since reloaded the server and started again. The users I was able to import on the previous server are not showing up to be imported on the new server. Help please.

Those users still have the Unity propertes from your old server and the new server thinks that they are still Unity subscribers.

Goto http://www.ciscounitytools.com/App_BunnyKiller.htm and install the program. Remove the properties from the subscribers that are not available. Then import.
