Inability to modify accounts in Global Subscriber Manager

When we right click on an account in the GSM, the only option available is "delete". Verified the permissions on the unity5msgstoresvc account were correct. Any ideas?

is this exchange 2007. Then I also had the same experience before. You need to give previlage to the admin account to add/delete/modify objects
