We are wanting to take our 1800 number and have a list of area code/prefix for incoming calls to detect and route to a local office.
We have 7 different offices. If someone calls from XXXXXXXXXX want to route to this hunt group, if comes from YYYYYYYYYY go to this hunt group, if the number doesn't match any list, goes to everyone.
Does anyone have a similar setup? I have been searching for a couple of days through forums and haven't had much luck.
We are running call manager 10.5, about to upgrade to 11.
Thank you in advance.

One option is to use the "Route Next Hop by Calling Party Number" Translation Pattern setting. Here's a write up on using this feature:

Another option of using an H.323/SIP gateway is to use translations on the gateway to accomplish the routing.
