InformaCast dialcast to multiple groups

Hello, I have implemented InformaCast paging server. Because it has Basic license, I created 2 groups and added them under dialcast pattern. So pattern have 2 recipients group, which each has about 50 users. 

The problem is, once I dial paging pattern only one group hear broadcast, the phones in another group does not hear.

What can be a problem?

Basic Paging mode supports live audio broadcast for up to 50 phones per Recipient Group. Customers who need additional functionality can upgrade to Advanced Notification mode, and be supported by Singlewire. Contact sales@singlewire.com for details.

I know Jaime. All the same I have 2 groups with 45 and 50 users in each. So there is not problem license.
