Invalid Entry when entering password from Cell Phone

We are using AD Unity 4.04SR1 and I have a customer who can enter and access her vociemail correctly from her Cisco IP phone in the office. When she is off site and uses her cell phone to access voicemail, it will accept the * then her extension id but returns an "invalid entry" when she enters her password. She is using the same password that works on her IP phone in the office but it is not reconized on her cell phone. any thoughts as to why this might be happening?

Thank you for the links and information. We are using MGCP gateways andonly one customer has reportedd this issue. It sounds like the situation referenced in the first link. Thank you, again. Pranayama
