IP Communicator 2.1 and PhoneProxy

We try to use IP Communicator 2.1 with the Unified PhoneProxy. IPC needs a very long time for registering. We have seen that it tries to connect serveral time to the CallManager (version 4.2) using port 6970/tcp. This port is new an used for centralized tftp operation. PhoneProxy does not proxy for this service and we do not need it. How can we stop IPC doing these requests? Is there a registry key for this feature?
