We are running IP Communicator v2.1 in our call centers and i was wondering if there's a way to hide buttons (directory, Settings, Messages and Services) so all the user sees is just the Screen with softkeys.
Sorry..found it....i overlooked the "Screen Only" option on the menu. But can this feature/setting (Screen Only) be locked in so it cannot be changed ? We dont want any of the end users toggling between the settings, hence wanting to lock this down.
