IP Communicator drops call when VMI light comes on

  Having issue with a user where an active call gets dropped when the user is left a voicemail.  When the VMI light comes on the active call gets dropped.  Additionally the user can't make a call until the voicemail is checked and the VMI light goes off.  I know we experienced this issue in the past but I can't find my notes on the resolution.  Has any one seen this before and knows how to fix it?

What version of callmanager are you running?

What version of unity or unity connection ..?

Do a route plan report on your voicemail ports and mwi

See if the dn's overlappp
