IP PHONE 8941 ISSUE TO CALL PSTN-AT&T

Hi everyone, i face an issue when I called a number in the pstn trough a at&t PRI trunk with a c2921 that is my gateway in a BE6000, in the settings of the phone the video capabilites is ENABLED, but the call innmediate fail, in the same branch also have a IP Phone 6921 that works without problem in a pstn calls, the workaround is to DISABLE the video capabilites, and the 8941s works great, and here is the cuestion, how to able the video call inside the office, but when the call is PSTN override this message to the switch of AT&T.

Assuming you use H323, go to the voice port and configure
Bearer-cap speech
