IP Phone Agent for 7920, Supvsr can't Record, Intercept and Barge

Hi,

Here's a quick description of my problem. I've deployed the IP Phone agent on wireless 7920 IP Phones.

The Supervisor console has all the following options greyed out.

Barge, Intercept and Record.

I don't even have the ability to initiate any of these!!! They are all greyed out!

Anyone know if it is supported to perform any of these functions on 7920's??

You'll probably want to ask this over on the IP Telephony forum -this board is for questions about the Unity voice messaging systems
