In our system run CUCM and CUPS with version 7.1.3. In this system have IP Phone, CIPC and CUPC. Encoutner an issue that where by IP Phone call to CUPC user only one way traffic, IP phone can't hear CUPC but CUPC can hear IP phone. More scenarion as per below ;
IP Phone <----------> IP Phone, both way no issue.
IP Phone <----------> CIPC, both way no issue.
IP Phone ----------> CUPC, one way traffic, IP Phone can't hear CUPC but CUPC can hear IP Phone.
CUPC ---------------> IP phone, both way no issue.
