Hi All,
I Have a voice mail problem , I used Cisco Unity Connection Version 7.1.3ES26.32900-26 , not use active directory , I create user for voice mail manually in Cisco Unity Connection , When user Phone which is not listed in Cisco Unity Connection user send voicemail via IP Phone or mobile Phone when choose to sent message , it didn't show any notification in Voicemail Phone and when check the mailbox there isn't any message, but when user IP Phone which is listed in Cisco Unity Connection user send voice mail it send successfully , and also the message are in the inbox.
I also have tried to upgrade the Cisco Unity Connection to version 7.1.5.35901-1 but no luck
any help ?

Alright, could you check the following parameter:
System Settings > Advanced > Conversations
"Disable Identified User Messaging Systemwide"
