I am deploying cisco IP phones and users are not able to log out after logging in.
Am using callmanager 7.1.3 with 7942/62 cisco phones -firmware sccp42.8-3-2s.
Logging in has no problem,i have subcribed to phone logout service corectly on the device profiles.
what could be the solution to this???

Have you tried unsubscribing and subscribing again to EM the UDPs??
