I have deployed CCM5.0 and CRS 4.5 and am ready to add some agents,so I execute the step "Assigning Cisco CallManager Users as IPCC Express Agents" in the document "CRS Administration Guide".
It said that in the end user information page,you can find Primary Extension and IPCC Extension for this device,but I only see Primary Extension.
In the help,it said that " This field displays only if the IPCC Express Installed enterprise parameter is set to True", so I go to the enterprise parameter page. But I found the IPCC Express Installed enterprise parameter is falsed. How can I do ?
The step I have done is below.
1)Install CCM5.0
2)Active CCM service
3)Config CCM such as:Device Pool,Calling Seach Space etc
4)Add phone and user
5)Install CRS4.5
6)Perform CRS Cluster Setup
7)Perform CRS Server Setup
8)Config CCM Information(Jtapi User and RM User)
9)Define CCM Users as Agents
