IPCC IVR

Hi,,

I installed cisco cucm and uccx 8.5 in my lab envirnment and i would setup an IVR, I had managed to do that.

so i can call IVR from my lab IP Phone and the aa.aef is working fine, but when i tried to call from PSTN the prompt message is fine but when i press1.2 or o nothing happend ,can not chose the directory number or any thing

how to solve this issue.

What is your PSTN connection, i.e. type of service, PRI, SIP trunk, etc?

What DTMF method are you using?

Problem has been resolved by configuring the DTMF in voice router

dial-peer voice 200 voip

  dtmf-relay h245-alphanumeric
