IPMA not working between two assistant

I have two manager with a assistant each.

If a secretary calls the other manager,

the call is not intercepted by the secretary that if call jump directly to manager. What is it?

Hi..

Most commonly.. the assistants are usually given a CSS that includes the real Manager partition.

i.e. This CSS enables the assistant to call their manager directly, without being intercepted by IPMA.

By default this means the assistants can usually call each other's managers as well without being intercepted by IPMA.
