Hey gents,
I get a Host Not Found Message of I try to access the IPPM. I found out that this means that the IPPM Application is not available. Unfortunately the guide (http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cups/7_0/english/ippm/user/user/guide_Frame7/ippmtrbl.html) doesn't give any hints or tips what the reason could be.
Any help is much appreciated

Host not found means the problem is NOT on application layer.
It could be the phone not able to resolve the hostname in the IPPM URL.
Or the HTTP traffic was blocked between IP phone and CUPS.
