Is DUCS (Domino Unified Communications) for Cisco still supported?

Just curious is DUCS is still supported.  If so, is there a newer version than 1.2.5?  I'm having a problem, where the player isn't showing up when a person clicks on the voicemail in their Lotus Notes inbox.  The .wav file is there, but no player.  I've tried everything I can think of.
