ISM-SRE-300 Upgrade CUE 7.1.5 to 8.0.1 failed now stuck in boot loader

Did a SRE upgrade to Unity Express 8.0.1, stuck at boot loader. Curl error code is 78.  See log attached.

Any idea what Curl error code 78 is and how to fix it?

Having the same issue.  Did you ever get this resolved?  If so, what was the fix?

Check the logs on your tftp server, mine wasn't running . Too bad the error message wasn't more descriptive, eh?

I also put the tftp server on the same Layer2 segment. Used tftpd32.exe on TACs recommendation.
