I can not manage to make my Windows 7 laptop render the information on the screen when I select the "Recordings" button at the top of the Cisco Unified WFO GUI. The screen remains empty of content (blue background), when it should return many rows with recording information.
I am running the laptop software by the book (Windows 7 -spanish language- , Mozilla 8, Java 220.127.116.11 or newer, JRE 1.6, etc)
and have all the Calabrio plugins installed:
