Hello,
I installed CUEAC 8.6.2.20 successfully. However, after logging in, I can only see the Engineering and Help Menus.
Also, the Cisco Unified Attendant Server status is Stopped - Service is running\Server is stopped.
Any clues about what might be wrong?

Was the server restarted after installing the license?

Yes it was. I am currently using the Evaluation license.

Finally got it right.
Cisco Unified CallManager TSP was not set up properly and the Telephony service was Disabled.
