We have a BE6000 running CUCM 11.5.1. i have installed the jabber app on the pc. softphone works fine but it cannot control the deskphone (Cisco 7945). we get the following errors
* Connection error. Ensure the server information in the Phone
* CJ:109:3 - unable to connect
LDAP port is set to 3268
no firewall on internal network. windows firewall not running.
Until i get this working i have all groups and rolls on my permissions. both the phone and Jabber client are assigned to me and my line in both the device and user.
any ideas guys?

What roles and groups do those users have configured?

we have all of the roles and groups currently configured. i had narrowed it down but put them back to try and get it working
