We are Using Jabber along with Outlook Version 2010
problem is Presence status is not updating in Outlook .. we can't see Green /busy status in Outlook resulting not able to dial Jabber users from Outlook .. Can someone pls assist ..
Re-install jabbber and Outlook not helped anyway ..
Do you see the status for contacts you have added to your Jabber contacts list?
Also try searching for the contact in Jabber before hovering over it in Outlook.
If it works like that it's a 'bug'.
