Is it possible to segregate presence in Jabber so that Managers can see the presence of managers and staff but staff can't see the presence of Managers or engage in chat etc?
I've tried working with Presence groups but to no avail.

Hi,
I don't see such an option in jabber, the only option that is available is the 'Privacy' option which allows a user to decide who can interact with that user. Please check the following link

Thanks Manish,
I think this pretty much covers it. As everyone is in the same domain management have the choice to block everyone and add those that wish to contact them to their contact list which overrides the block. Partitions restrict the calling anyway.
Thanks
Stuart
