Large delays with MWI

Hello all,

I am having some isssues with MWI on Unity. We have a Unity box running 4.0(4) SR 1. It has 2 integrations. A Mitel Integration and a Call Manager integration.

The Mitel integration We are experiencing a delay with MWI going on and OFF. The delay is a few minutes up to many Hours. The message is immediately available in our Inbox in outlook but the light takes forever to come on

There are no errors in the event log. Everything seems to be working ok, just a LONG delay to turn the lights on.

Any suggestions.

Hi there,

I am facing the same problem with my MWI on Unity.

My Unity is running UM version 4.0.4 SR1 with off-box Exchange 2003 SP1. I have a TAC case currently with the Cisco but there is still not much findings except that the delay is coming from Exchange.

When I do a Refresh MWI from individual subscriber the MWI turn ON immediately.

My case with TAC is still on going, btw anything from your side.

BTW Exchange and Unity in the same LAN?

I have verified on my Unity the registry keys specified on the doc do not exist.

You mentioned about the NIC settings, which parameter should I take note.

My unity and Exchange is in different subnet.
