** large downloads from CiscoUnityTools.com not working in some cases **
I've gotten numerous emails from folks on this topic - I've opened a case with Cisco IT this morning.
Just for clarification - most files download driectly off the site (applicaitons, docs and such) and those work fine. Very large files (i.e. 40 meg or larger) are actually stored on a Cisco housed FTP server (FTPENG) - this was part of a large server upgrade over the last couple weeks and it looks like external access to it was broken (I can still get at all the files from the Cisco network).
this includes mostly training videos (which are all pretty large) and a few other files like 3rd party install packages (i.e. 64 bit ODBC installs from Informix) - if you run into a file you really, really need and it's coming from the FTPENG server, ping me direclty and I can get it somewhere you can download it. Hopefully this will get fixed reasonably quickly...
