Last date and time the user login to unity

Is there anyway we can know when would be the last time the user login to unity to check their VM?

The Subscriber Information Dump tool will kick out the last time someone logged in over the phone into their mailbox:

Connection has the User Data Dump which will do the same thing.

Neither can track access from desktop clients (web or IMAP), only phone logins.
