When someone from outside the organization calls me on my IP phone on CME, form that persons handset the phone is alrady ringing a couple of times and when i have to pick it up then they will hangup thinking that no one is answering the phone. Is there a way i can adjust this so that i can hear the ring on my phone the same time someone is calling me?
My problem is that when someonce calls me from outside officem they already hear the ring on their handset but on my IP phone it still does not ring. After the caller heard 3 or 4 rings, then that is when my IP phone rings. So the caller thinks i am not answering the call.
