I have a license question if upgrading the Unity from 4.0(4) to 4.0(5) to fix bug such as "Windows 2003 SP 1 Causes Cisco Unity 4.0(4) and 4.0(5) to Lose Communication with Exchange 2003".
Could anyone give me advice on it? Thanks very much
If you are upgrading the Unity from 4.0(4) to 4.0(5). You dont need to change a new .lic file. While upgrading use the same .lic file.
