Live Record - Voicemail only

For Live Record, Do I need to have UM for this app? it looks like it's easy to setup with CCM and Unity. But then it dumps the recorded call into the inbox of the subscribers account. If we are VMO, I would need to give them viewmail or web outlook access to the server correct?

No, this works fine with VM only - remember the exchange/domino inbox is also used for voice mail storage in VM only installs - you just don't connect to it from a desktop client unless you have UM licenses.

short story - the live record messages are available over the phone interface for both VM and UM installs.

That's what I figured. This group wanted to record a conference call for whatever reason. I said it will work, just depends what you want to do with the wav file when it's done. Pluck it from Outlook VMO, viewmail or listen to it over the TUI.
