Hi everyone,
After a successfully installation of the locale language cop file, it won't show in Unity Connection.
We stopped the Conversation and Mixer services before the installation and restarted after...
Unity Connection version: 8.6.2.20000-2
admin:show cuc locales
Installed Locale Package Locale
-------------------------- ------
uc-locale-fr_CA-8.6.2.1-12 fr-CA
Any ideas?

Yes, this one has come up in this forum multiple times recently.
Unfortunately, the 8.6(2) locales on CCO will not work on CUC 8.6(2). They will only work on the ES19 release which is not available on CCO at the present time. If you want CUC ES19, you will need to contact TAC for it. Once ES19 is installed, it has been confirmed that the 8.6(2) locales will then work. I have heard however that the 8.6(2) locale must be uninstalled before you can install CUC ES19.
I've got no idea why this is the case and it has caused a lot of big problems. Unfortunately, only Cisco can tell us why.
