The logs in c:\CommServer\logs are limited to 400 megs. The reason to keep them is to have something for TAC engrs to look at if there was a problem. I'd leave those alone unless you are running out of disk space.
The ones that make it to the c:\CommServer\UnityMTA\Failed folder are voice messages and should be looked at before you delete them.
