We use the Cisco Desktop Agent to sign in to CCX. There have been a few instances where a user forgets to logout of CDA and leaves for the day. There computer is locked and the managers need to log that person off so it doesn't screw with their stats. Is there a way to do this through a web interface somewhere? I can't seem to find anything in CCX.
Thanks in advance.

Not sure about log off. But a supervisor should be able to set the agent's status to 'ready' or 'not ready'.

Thanks for the quick response. Is that done from the CDA? I couldn't find an option on the manager's machine.
Sorry for the nub questions... i'm still very green with CCX.

Ah thanks. I never even knew there was a CSD. I've installed that now, but it's not showing the supervisors teams or agents, it's pretty much blank. Everything looks fine on the CCX side... I think. The user is setup as a supervisor and in the correct team.
