Lost Access to Caller ID

We have lost the ability for Caller ID from all inbound calls from outside the corp network? If we call within the corp network we see the caller ID.

We contacted our carrier and they are saying it could be an issue with our Cube router, can this be possible?

Has anyone experienced this before?

Any insight would be helpful....

Lost Access to Caller ID

is it sip to the SP, if yes..run the debug command and check if you are getting the caller id or not,

that will prove if it is SP or CUCM.
