Lost Unity Messages HELP

How cn I recover some lost v-messages. Isn't there a folder within the Unity server that contains undelivered messages?

One place to check is \Commserver\UnityMTA. If Exchange has gone offline, Unity will temporarily store messages here until Exchange is online. Once Exchange is online again, Unity should deliver the messages from this folder to the recipient. But for a variety of reasons, messages may be stuck in this folder.

Hi -

If you do find messages in this folder, you can stop/start the AvUMRSyncSvr service. Providing your Exchange servers are up, the messages should be routed accordingly. Same for the Failed folder one-level below UnityMTA. Move them out of the Failed folder to the UnityMTA and they should be routed. If not, you can check the userid in the message name. It is possible the Unity subscriber was deleted, inbox inaccessible etc.
