Main line voicemail recording plays twice before person can leave a message.

We have a UC560.

Our auto attendent in after hours mode basically plays a message that says, " We are closed, please dial the extension you want or leave a message at the tone."

But the tone doesnt play. Instead the recording plays again, and then you get the tone.

Any ideas?

This started out of the blue we think a few weeks ago...but people dont regularly check the line so it might have been going on for a month or more.
