Hello,
Following situation :
1 x Deskphone with shared line 5000 , 1 x WLAN phone also with same shared line 5000.
If I get now a call and using the Deskphone then I can get a second call on my WLAN phone .
I´m searching now for a solution that the caller get in this case a busy and not a ring on the
second phone with the same shared line.
I checked several cisco documentations but it´s still not clear how I can change the configuration to get
this above solution.
Does anyone know a workable solution ?
Thanks for help.

Try max number of calls 2 and busy trigger 1.

Hi Alex,
Did you set the Busy Trigger to 1 on both devices?
Cheers!

Hi,
Tried this but it did not work. For my understanding this setting is per device
( Multiple Call / Call Waitnig Settings on Device SEP......... ).
Thanks
